Page would not move when scrolling on abstract box

When I clicked on the abstract box and tried to slide the mouse wheel, the page would not move.
This issue is present in multiple beta releases, hopefully it will be fixed soon！ thannnnnks！

Can you reproduce this if you disable all plugins and restart Zotero?

Wow, this problem disappeared when all the plugins were closed. The problem was probably a plugin that conflicted with zotero. Thank you very much!

You should re-enable plugins one at a time to determine which one is causing this and then 1) let us know and 2) report it to the plugin developer.

According to the investigation, I found that the plugin that caused this bug is zotero pdf preview(https://github.com/windingwind/zotero-pdf-preview). When I disabled only the this plugin, the bug disappeared. I have submitted this issue to the plugin developer.
