Report ID: 818999558 - Red bar

Hi,

I installed Zotero to use with Google Docs. It allows me to press 'Add/edit citation' but then a red bar shows up that I cannot type into. I use the same email to sign up for Google Docs and for my Zotero account but wonder whether there might be an issue there (different passwords).

    Make sure the citation dialog isn't just appear behind your other windows. That's the most likely situation. The citation dialog window is part of the Zotero app.

    If you're sure it's not that, try disabling all your browser extensions (particularly Google Docs Offline) and reload Google Docs, and then try again.

    No, the citation dialog window does not appear behind any windows. Related to Zotero, there is my normal library window and then a red box. I did create a new report ID because I think something might be wrong with the authentication: 1106370252

    The window freezes at 'Zotero is updating your document. Please wait...'. The authentication window does not close automatically and it says that a report ID should be created int hat case.

    Are you using Safari? There's an issue that's breaking Google Docs authentication for some people in Safari, so if you're having trouble you should try with another browser.
