Zotero not downloading pdf

Hi, I'm having trouble downloading pdfs on firefox. It was working before:

Hi, i read on the forum that upgrading to zotero 7 beta might solve the issue. But I keep getting the message to reboot my computer and nothing works. I can't even uninstall zotero 7 now, because it keeps saying my computer needs to be rebooted (which I have done about 10 times now). How do I get rid of this problem?

Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero and C:\Program Files\Zotero, restart your computer, and reinstall Zotero (whichever version you prefer).

Your data won't be affected.

With Zotero 7, you should be getting a CAPTCHA window in Zotero that you'll need to click through.

Ok, I have installed zotero 7 now, but now the word plugin is not working anymore. How do i update the word plugin?
