Upgrade Storage[Zotero 7 Beta] Missing duplicate tab after restart
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a PDF file in the Zotero PDF reader
2) Right-click on the tab title ->
3) Close and restart Zotero
-> Only the latest scrolled tab is reopened. The other tab has disappeared.
Tested on:
- Windows 10
- Zotero 7.0.0-beta.54+6b996d4f9 (64-bit)

Note that if I switch to the library tab before closing Zotero, both tabs are correctly reopened.
