Cannot highlight text in bottom view of horizontal split

Dear all, I run 6.0.18 on Windows 11 Pro (22621.963). I love the Zotero PDF Reader and do not use any external tools such as Acrobat Reader. The split view is great but I can only highlight text in the top view of a horizontal split, not the bottom view. When annotating in two sections of a lengthy document this makes annotating a bit cumbersome. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

The second view currently doesn't support many features and is read-only. But we're working to improve this.

Yes. It works in Zotero 7 beta 53
