Sync not working

Hi!
Even though I have space in Zotero storage (99% occupied), the Zotero sync across all of my devices have stopped working. It does not show any error description, and just has the option of "Report error". Could you please help solve the problem?

    I'm not sure what you mean by this. What does it say in the popup when you click on the sync error icon?

    And what exactly isn't syncing? Based on this, you're getting a file-sync error, likely due to either having a file in the above folder open on your computer or security software on the system preventing Zotero from writing to its data directory. Library data should be syncing normally, though.
