Can't add citation in GDocs

I've just installed Zotero on my windows and Zotero Connector, I also have registered. But I can't add citation on my GDocs because there's no box appear on the screen. I've tried to re-install the connector but nothing changed. Whenever I tried to add citation, it keep on leading me to the 'insert link' menus on GDocs. ID 507788555

    Make sure the citation dialog isn't just appear behind your other windows. That's the most likely cause of this. The citation dialog window is part of the Zotero app.

    If you're sure it's not that, try disabling all your browser extensions (particularly Google Docs Offline) and reload Google Docs, and then try again.
