zotero 7.0.0-beta using ~1GB per tab

Is there any way to decrease this? Seems kind of crazy because the pdfs themselves are orders of magnitude smaller...

    Could you say more? I.e.:

    1) How many tabs are open?
    2) How much memory Zotero uses in total?
    3) Does it happen with all PDF?
    4) Is the PDF file a scanned paper?
