Upgrade StorageNo option to turn off auto-update references

Zotero has been getting Very slow on Mac, and I found that turning off auto-update is a potential solution. Unfortunately, that option is nowhere to be found in the Settings menu. So I was hoping to get some clue on this from the forum.

aborelDo you mean the integration with Word? If so, this is part of the document properties https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/citations_underlined (not the main Zotero settings).
