is OS version Sonoma 14.0 (23A344) and Zotero version 6.0.23, i can not provide a report id because the inform is in word

Start by updating to the newest Zotero version -- and you can always provide an error report ID from Zotero.

No -- 6.0.30 is the latest version and Sonoma compatibility was fixed in 6.0.27, so do make sure that you update and if that's not working, re-install.
