upgraded account, but still showing exceeded quota

Greetings,

I created an account specifically for creating and sharing a group library used for some committee work. I bumped up against the 300MB limit, so I upgraded to 2GB. However, the standalone client is still showing the quota limit, despite only using 15% of the new storage. It's been a few days, and I've synced several times, restarted Zotero, etc. I've checked my web library too, and it only shows 15% usage too.

Any ideas on how to get the quota limit on the desktop client to recognize my upgraded account?

Thanks!

  • Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync that produces a quota error?

Though that answer is going to be that you're syncing with a different account. The account you're posting from has never synced.

If you'd like us to transfer the storage purchase to whatever account you're syncing with, email storage@zotero.org.
  • Ah - okay, that must be it. Do I need to sync this account from the standalone client? Can I sync the account from the web version?

I have a personal library, but didn't want this committee work to affect my personal storage. My standalone client is logged into my personal login, and then I added myself as a member to the new group's group library.
  • I'm not totally sure what you're asking. Syncing is about transferring data between devices, and it happens on each device. Syncing "from the web version" doesn't make sense — the web version is just your online library.
