citation problem on a text insertion 1346337820

Hello, I use Zotero with Word. On my document I can make my quotes if it is a normal layout. But when I want to put a quote in one of the shapes that I inserted to put text inside it tells me "[JavaScript Error: "Zotero fields cannot be inserted here."]". I would like to know how to resolve the problem. Thanks in advance.

    Nothing to resolve -- the error message means what it says: Zotero can't insert citations into text fields: they don't allow the Word feature (Fields) that Zotero (and most other reference managers) use for citations.
    You can, obviously, just copy the text of a citation from Zotero into those fields, but that won't update, auto-include items in the bibliography, etc.
