Upgrade StorageZotero Experiences a Problem When Updating Document Report ID-221643773
My Zotero Microsoft Word add-on has stopped working and when I try to use it on a document it says it experienced a problem when trying to update the document. Any advice on how I could fix this would be great!

adomasvenAre you using the Zotero tab in Microsoft Word or have you mapped some buttons in the quick-access bar (at the very top of Word) for Zotero functions? Did you try following the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents instructions? What happened at each step?
