Format style to show first initial not full first name

Hello, is anyone please able to direct me towards which line(s) and describe how I amend my style to show a first initial only, no full stop, then last name. Rather than full first name and last name?

It seems to be around line 37 but I can't work out if this can be amended.

    I have an addition to the query, for 'Reports' I don't want the author name to show, instead I need the institution name to show after the Title, as below:

    ‘Title field name of report’, Institution field, September 2014; https://www.url.

    Can anyone advise on this please?
