Can someone please help me? I keep getting this error message when I try to retrieve the reference for ISBN: 978-1-4731-5248-9. I got this Debugging ID, D426018072 and I'm not sure what to do with it.

    That ISBN just isn't registered in any of the databases Zotero checks, and possibly anywhere. That's usually the case if you're having trouble with a specific ISBN. A good rule of thumb is that if you do a Google search and there are only one or two results, it was never registered anywhere. Such a search might also show you a place you can save from, in this case PubMed, which works fine.
