There's nothing wrong with getting a conflict-resolution dialog — that's normal behavior if something was changed on multiple devices between syncs, and you should just choose the side you want to keep. Well, again, are you getting an actual error, or are you just seeing the conflict-resolution window? You have actual conflicts — you made changes to the same items on multiple computers between syncs — so seeing the conflict-resolution window is correct. You just need to choose which side to keep.
