Upgrade StorageZotero experienced an error updating your document. Word

I keep getting the error "title" on a new Word (365) document. I recently downloaded zotero. I've tried all of the suggestions.
- uninstalled and reinstalled zotero
-updated plugin, deleted and manually reinstalled plugin in word start up folder
-checked if running in admin
-restarted computer several times
- checked if extension was enabled
-saved document with no spaces to a local folder
I'm not sure what else I can do at this point?

adomasvenBased on the report log you've submitted the most likely scenario is that some security software is preventing the Zotero Word plugin from working.
