Upgrade StorageZotero experienced an error updating your document
Zotero was working fine 2 days ago. But now i am not able to add citations in ms-word document. I tried some troubleshooting instructions, such as
1. Restarting both zotero and word.
2. Using the latest versions of zotero and word.
3. There are no citations in image captions.
I can not understand solutions involving 'track changes', 'document preferences' and 'fields mode'.
Sice there are so many citations, I am not able to find any problematic citation, if any.
Kindly help.

"Document preferences" refers to the dialog that appears when you click on the "Document Preferences" button in the Zotero tab in Word.
"Field mode" refers to the ability to store citations as either Fields or Bookmarks as chosen from the Document preferences.
You should post a Report ID from Zotero. You are likely going to have to try to isolate the problematic citation. Do not worry that it will take a long time. The instructions described in the final step of Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents will only take 10 halvings of a document even for something that is 100 pages long, to trim it down to a single page. If there is a broken citation in your document, your document will not work with Zotero until you find and remove it, so there is no way to avoid that step.
