Missing Zenodo author metadata via FF connector after Zenodo update
Zenodo have recently updated to InvenioRDM (https://blog.zenodo.org/2023/10/13/2023-10-13-zenodo-rdm/).
Unfortunately, the update broke the harvesting of complete metadata via the Firefox Connector (maybe others, tested only on FF).
Importing metadata via the connector worked fine before the update, after the update no author metadata is imported in Zotero client.
Posting this here due to the contribution notice on the GitHub repo (https://github.com/zotero/zotero-connectors/blob/7356e515761bb8c0839a567b3f8a46cb64705f55/CONTRIBUTING.md).

We had a look at the connector source code at https://github.com/zotero/translators/blob/master/Zenodo.js, but given that we're not familiar with Zotero development and what the best practices are in terms of fetching and converting metadata, we would prefer to contribute in terms of answering questions on Zenodo's exposed metadata, documentation, debugging, etc. If there's any such effort please drop a message here or at info@zenodo.org and we'll be more than glad to help.
We already have a few users asking about when/how this could be fixed for the Firefox and Chrome Zotero connector extensions. We can recommend the DOI import, as @sdruskat mentioned, but would prefer to work towards a more long-term solution.
