Recovery my attachment

I encountered a problem when using Webdav to sync Zotero attachments. After reinstalling the Windows operating system, I found that a few attachments were missing. The corresponding folders do not exist on any device, so Zotero cannot find the attachments. However, most of the entries are normal, and I cannot understand why. The missing attachments are only available in the latest version on the iPad and can be opened normally. However, I was unable to sync them back to the new computer through the iPad. Meanwhile, changes to the attachments of other entries that were not lost can be successfully synced between the two devices via Webdav. In this situation, how can I recover the lost attachments for the entries?

    Well, I have tried it. However, since my device A is an iPad, I can not "Reset File Sync History" after I find my file is not available on the WebDav, and sync operation on both device return no error.

    Are you getting a sync error on the iPad? Can you provide a Debug ID for pulling down on the items list?

    No obvious syncing error on either iPad or desktop. I perform syncing on both devices. Desktop: D33934005. iPad: D671725750.

    My problem is fixed!

    All I have done is just construct a new folder, rename it as the Zotero error message said, and copy my file (without any notation just a pdf!) to the folder, all manually. After syncing, the problem is solved and all notations are updated!
