restoring data

After reinstalling my ubuntu 20.04, I want to restore my backup data from external hard. I tried and it shows zotero unable to load translators and styles, I reset both. it didn't work, and then I deleted styles and translators, but the problem remains in place.

    This would be a permissions problem. Make sure all the restored folders and files are owned and writable by your user account.
