Upgrade StorageAdding a tag in the Web Library does not change the Date Modified
In the Desktop app, adding a tag changes the Date Modified.
But not in the Web Library.

tnajdekI believe behaviour in the Desktop app is correct, we will see if this can be improved.

dstillman@mjthoraval: This is fixed, though the web library won't currently show the updated date until you reload.
