Zotero get stuck when retrieving metadata

Hi all,
don't understand why Zotero (6.0.30) is getting stuck when retrieving metadata of a pdf paper. I've already tried restarting it. Mac Os Big Sur 11.7.10

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    I've left Zotero running for a couple of minutes trying to retrieve metadata before sending the report.

    Does it help if you reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences and restart Zotero?
