Upgrade StorageZotero Not Integrating with Google Docs on Mac

I am trying to use Zotero with Google Docs, however the pop up window confirming authentication is not automatically closing like it should be, so my Doc is stuck saying "Zotero is updating your document, please wait...".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Zotero
2. Open new document in Google Docs
3. Click 'Zotero' tab in Docs
4. Click "add citation" in the dropdown menu
