Cannot Open .ocr.pdf after using the Tool (OCR Selected PDF(S))

I'm a new user on Zotero and I just recently discovered the OCR tool. After I have tried to install everything needed using some forum comments, the new Archive appears, but with no readable contents. (important to mention that I have no knowledge of coding etc.). I dont know what to do anymore, anyone could help?

For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.

Wich plugin are we talking about? The Zotero OCR, the Tesseract or Poppler something?

Zotero OCR most likely. Tesseract in general works
