We always need an exact URL — not just the homepage — for problems with saving. It shouldn't be trying to save just a snapshot on Wiley in the first place.

Thank you for your reply. I haven't noticed this issue on other websites yet. In fact, I have tried many times and none of the literature on this website can be saved as a snapshot.

We still would want the exact URL you are saving from, exactly as you see it -- one or two examples are fine if all URLs on a site fail.
