The citations do get saved into the correct folder of my library but, they are just web page info citations which is insufficient.

Also I cannot find the Zotero Preferences deck - I was opting to find the Advanced pane and then update the translators and also update in Zotera Connect Preferences.

I've spent hours on this and really need to get Zotero sorted. Any advice please?
