Zotero does not generate the list of bibliographic references

Hi everyone,
I've just finished writing a 350-page document in which I've included references using Zotero. The problem is that when I add the bibliography, there's a bug: the little wheel on my Mac has been spinning for hours for nothing. I can't generate the bibliography.
I've tried copying and pasting my text into another Word document, but the problem is still the same.
I've tried to generate the bibliography from another computer, but the problem persists.
There is no need to update either Word or Zotero.
Does anyone have any ideas to help me?

    I am having a similar problem. 362 pages. Mac. Still using Ventura 13.6. Zotero 6.0.29. When I try and Add Biblio word goes grey and it brings Zotero to front. Nothing seems to load.
    If I use a small chapter (10000 words) it will add the bioblio for that document.
    What is happening here?

    Integration with Word for Mac is just slower. In a large document, it can take hours to fully insert or update a bibliography. Test in a new, empty document, and if it works there, you should just let it go — possibly overnight — in the large document.

    You can go to Help → Debug Output Logging → View Output in Zotero to see if output is being logged, which is an indication that something is still happening (but don't leave that window open, which can slow things down). If you really think it's stuck, restart Zotero and Word and try again.

    Thanks for the comments. I did find in other threads the comments about slow, overnight, and debugger report. These were helpful. Although there seems to be some error failure in the process. I have run twice with same result at same place. I have hit the submit debug report - Submitted with Debug ID D312707542.
    Not sure what to do next.

    as an aside, I did run chapters in separate documents as recommended in troubleshooting and none had issues creating a biblio. Each chapter loaded it within 2 mins each.
    I just really need all togther to remove all the duplicates and have in the main document.
