Zotero crashing word

Hi all,
I have been having this issue with Zotero crashing word, whenever I try to insert a new reference, hit Refresh, then it crashes and need to quit zotero to unblock it.
Word for Mac 16.78.3 (23102801)
MacBook Air Apple M2 8 gb macOS Sonoma 14.0
Zotero 6.0.29
Would appreciate any help,

    Can you submit a Report ID after the crash from Zotero? Does this happen in a new document? If so, what are the steps to reproduce the issue?

    Hi! I don't see any report id. Now it stopped working altogether. I re installed both officce 365 and Zotero, did not help. I uninstalled grammarly, and made sure to be working in a local folder and not in a cloud service.
    Not sure whats the problem tbh.

    Adomas linked to instructions for providing a Report ID above. And you didn't answer either of his other questions. We can't help you if you don't provide the information we ask for.

    It also happens in new documents. Just tried again, for examp refreshing the reference list. Unable to follow those steps since the app freezes and I can not access the help menu.
    iOS produced a report, maybe it can be useful?
