GoogleDocs Error

I am having issues adding new citations, editing citations and updating my GoogleDoc. I continue to get the "The document citations are being edited by another Zotero user. Please try again later" error message. This is is not resolved by: (1) choosing to override when given that option, (2) un-installing and re-installing Zotero for Mac and Zotero Connector for GoogleDocs, or (3) closing all browser tabs and restarting my computer.

I've now been dealing with this for two weeks. Kindly advise!

    What happens when you choose the option to override the document lock? Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero (not the Connector) for an attempt to override the lock?

    Hi, I have the same error for several days now. I created a copy of the Google Doc document for safety, I replicated the error for this, and I just submitted a report through Chrome's extension. The Debug ID is D225864664.

    Are there please any insights on what I can do?

    Can you not override the document lock? If so, provide a Debug ID from Zotero, your Debug IDs are from the Zotero Connector.
