TV episodes
Hello,
when citing a TV episode many items are missing (including the option of "tv episode" vs. "tv broadcast and executive producers vs. producers). Also, the bibliography item is not in accordance with APA 7.
What Zotero creates:
Kara. (2021, November 9). [TV Series episode]. In Supergirl. The CW.
Meaing: episode title, (date), [format]. In series name (in italics), network.
What it needs to be:
Wright, R. (Writer), Simon, D. (Writer) & Warn, J. (Director). (2021, November 9). Kara. (Season 6, Episode 20). [TV Series episode]. In Queller, J., Rovner, R., Berlanti, G., Kreisberg, A., & Adler, A. (Executive Producers), Supergirl. The CW.
Meaning: writer name (writer) and director name (director). (date). Episode title. (season and episode #). [fomat]. In executive producers names (Exceutive Producers). series name (in italics), network.
Can that be corrected?
Thank you and make it a wonderful day!

However, how did you get it to not add "directors" after the last director? See here:
I copied your note, too.
Wright, R. (Writer), Simon, D. (Writer), & Warn, J. (Director) (Directors). (2021, November 9). Kara [TV Series episode]. In J. Queller, R. Rovner, G. Berlanti, A. Kreisberg, & A. Adler (Executive Producers), Supergirl. The CW.
author: Snodgrass || Melissa M. (writer)
author: Scheerer || Robert (director)
That cited everything correctly without the redundant listing of "(directors)." As a test, I also added myself as an additional director and the parenthetical gets the proper et al. treatment in that case. That produced this for a bibliography entry (with a hanging indent of course):
Snodgrass, M. M. (writer), & Scheerer, R. (director). (1989, February 13). The measure of a man (Season 2, Episode 9) [TV series episode]. In Star Trek: The Next Generation. CBS Broadcasting Inc.
