My Word has to be re-associated with zotero every time I open it so that the zotero option appears in Word, which was fine before!
Click on the zotero Word for windows integration,it shows that the installation could not be completed because an error occurred, make sure that Microsoft Word is turned off and then restarted，but my M is in the off state.

vera259Yes,I can see a Zotero tab in Word,but after closing word and opening it again Zotero Tab will disappear and have to be reset, before Zotero Tab has always existed.It's a problem that bothers me.

adomasvenOk, you have installed the Zotero plugin wrong. You need to remove that entry from the dialog completely, then close Word, and reinstall the Word plugin from Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors. If Zotero says that you must close Word before installing, restart your computer and attempt to install the plugin again.
