    I only see a gray webpage icon and click it will just sava a web page to zotero. I have alreay checked the update about zotero and zotero connector. I think maybe there are something wrong with the translator. Could you please have a look of my fist information?

    No, that's none of the things we ask for:
    • "The exact URL of a page that isn't working" — you provided the URL of the Zotero Connector preferences
    • "A Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and attempt to save or, if you're only getting a webpage icon, for reloading the page" — you provided a Report ID, which isn't the same thing
    • "What it says in the popup when you try to save (e.g., “Saving to My Library” or “Saving to zotero.org”)" — you didn't provide this
    • "The name of the translator from step 10, if applicable" — you didn't provide this
