It is possible to move around the Text and Note annotations by click and hold.
I would like to be able to do the same when selecting several of them at once.
This could be useful to move temporarily a group of annotations on a figure for example for easier reading and then move them back all at once.

I would like also to be able to move these annotations across the split view.
For example, I would like to get one view with a high zoom to make tiny annotations on a figure. Then move it to another part of the figure in the other view showing a larger region.
