Issue with WEBDav sync using Koofr

Hi. Zotero is producing an error with my WebDav sync using Koofr. It instructed me to post report ID here for help. Does anyone know what might be causing it?

    [JavaScript Error: "Win error 5 during operation removeEmptyDir on file C:\Users\[…]\Zotero\storage\UQ9X59DB (Access is denied.
    Nothing to do with Koofr. Zotero is getting an access-denied error trying to delete a folder, most likely due to security software on your computer preventing Zotero from writing to its data directory.
