all references have disappeared from Word document, and Zotero is not allowing me to add new references, even after trying to restart and reinstall.

    You would have to describe more details about what's happening and what you have tried, but from what you have said it sounds like Existing Citations Not Detected.

    In-Text Citations: I have been experiencing difficulties with in-text citations. While I am able to insert references within the document text, Zotero generates errors when I attempt to include the bibliography or citation list at the end of the document. The "Add Bibliography" function does not seem to respond as expected and consistently results in errors.

    Missing References: Furthermore, I have noticed that in some of my previously created Word documents, references that were previously inserted using Zotero have inexplicably disappeared. This has led to incomplete and inaccurate citations in my documents.

    These issues have been causing significant disruptions in my work and have left my documents in an unusable state. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including restarting both Zotero and Microsoft Word and checking for updates, but the problems persist.

    For your current document, please provide a Report ID, and explain what you mean by "consistently results in errors".
