zotero翻译声音点了没反应

之前数据丢失后就按步骤恢复了。但翻译的点了没反应，那个首选项插件只有几个显示，我下了好多插件之前会都显示，现在也都不显示了

    Likely due to a problem with a specific plugin, yes. Hold down Shift (Windows) or Option (Mac) to launch Zotero in Safe Mode with all plugins disabled. You can then try disabling or uninstalling all plug-ins and re-enabling them one by one.
