    Does this happen with all plugins disabled? If so, can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing the problem that way?

    yes, all plugins will make this error. Debug ID: 600640917

    That's still a Report ID, not a Debug ID, and it still has plugins enabled.

    Did it ever work for you before, and only recently stopped working? Do you have any plugins installed in Word? Can you disable them? Do you have any security software running that you could temporarily disable?

    it stopped working after I updated it to version 7, but it worked when came back to version 6. No other plugins are installed in Word. No security software may stop it

    Are you saying that it works fine with Zotero 6 with the same document, but not with Zotero 7? Can you confirm this is reproducible for a new document?

    yes, it works with Zotero 6. It doesn't work with Zotero 7, the above Debug ID is for a new document without any information before. It also not work with old document

    Could you produce two Debug IDs from Zotero 6 and Zotero 7 for the same empty document that is saved on your computer where you attempt to open Document Preferences?

    there are no bugs when open the the same document with zotero 6. Bugs only in Zotero 7
