I am trying to save a PDF file from a computer where I do not have Zotero installed. I use the Zotero connector from Chrome or FIrefox. The "Saving to zotero.org" popup appears. It saves the item and the Snapshot. It shows also that the PDF icon. But then the popup stays opens and nothing happens anymore. The PDF file is never saved to my online library.
