Upgrade StorageInstall a Zotero server instance
Hello,
I was wondering if it exists a way to install a Zotero server instance on a self-managed server?
The idea is to be able to collaborate with groups (like what it is possible with the zotero.org server) but with a self-managed server. Users would still use a local installation on their computer, but synchronizing to that server.
This is mainly for confidentiality reasons.

This issue has been discussed earlier and it is a pity this hasn't really progressed at all. There are people who would like to host their own for what ever privacy, practically/principle etc issues.
In my case I would like to run the server for a research team who have no access to the public Internet from the research network and yet would like to share cites over several research topics and themes. Unfortunately this is impossible without a shared dataserver on Zotero.
Hope this situation would improve quick.
