I'm trying to install the Notero plugin, however when I try to open the Zotero Add-ons Manager via the Tools → Add-ons nothing happens (it doesn't show any error message).

I restarted Zotero and my computer (Mac), and tried restarting Zotero in Safe Mode by holding down Shift at startup.

Any suggestions?
