Cannot Add Bibliography to Google Docs (citing works)

I've redownloaded zotero and the connector. I've updated google chrome. Restarted my laptop. Still not working

    Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert the bibliography into a Google Docs file? Does it work in a new document?
