I have the same problem. My best guess is that the problem is related to (suddenly, I dont know why) with macros of the plug-in within Microsoft Word. Not solved on my side. Best, V.
All right, thanks. Yes, I posted to an existing post, because I already followed all the steps recommended here and in the documentation. [Word version 16.72, under Sonoma] Actually, I solved the problem doing this: - removing all the Zotero.dotm files found on my computer. - checkin where is the Word Startup folder in Word preferences -> Default folders. - Then copying the Zotero.dotm file found in Zotero.app/Contents/Resources/extensions/zoteroMacWordIntegration@zotero.org/install - Restart Word, and all is good.
