Cant add citations in google docs or word

    Please describe in detail what you're doing and what happens.

    When I am in my master thesis document, or any other for that matter, in both word and google and click on add citation/bibliography, nothing happens. I have tried updating both Zotero and my computer and restarted everything several times but I still can not get it to work.

    Please restart Zotero and Word, then produce a Debug ID from Zotero for clicking Add/Edit Citation in a new Word document.

    You should look through open Zotero windows. The Debug ID ends with Zotero displaying a Document Preferences dialog.
