Zotero Addon Times Out

Hi,

Today when I try to use the Addon on Arxiv and IEEE Xplore, it returns the timeout error. It can only save a PDF on my Zotero and can not retrieve the metadata and rename it.

I'm was seeing some issues when trying to load the urls from which Zotero is trying to retrieve the item metadata, although it appeared to maybe be a Chrome, not a server issue. You should try disabling all other extensions, restarting Chrome and seeing if that fixes the issue. If not, please provide links to the pages where you are having problems.

Hi, I tried the ways you suggested, but the problem is still there. This happens at all Arxiv pages and IEEE Pages, for examples:

arXiv may just be having some issues. I was getting a blank save popup trying to save just now, but it's working now. Reload the page and try again.
