Could you produce a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for resetting translators?
Open the Zotero Connector preferences, go to the Advanced tab, tick "Enable Logging", then click the "Reset Translators" button, wait 30 seconds, then untick the "Enable Logging" checkbox and click "Submit Output", then post the Debug ID here.
