You're running a version of Zotero from January. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in months.

Did you add images to Zotero before Zotero 6 (when images in notes became officially supported)? If so, you can search for data:image in All Fields & Tags mode to find the older images (bearing in mind that affected notes could also be in the trash). You'd have to remove those images, and you could reinsert them with Zotero 6 now if you wanted.
If you only added images in Zotero 6, we can investigate further.
