Upgrade StoragePlease help, Zotero not generating bibliography
Hello, I'm using Zotero on Word 365 for Mac and have finished my document, containing all Zotero references throughout the text.
Now I want to submit it with the bibliography but if I press on "Add Edit Bibliography" on the Zotero menu in Word, it doesn't do anything.
How do I troubleshoot this please?

adamsmithHow long is the document and how long have you waited? Zotero with Word for Mac is slow (and there's no progress bar) so you could easily have to wait 5mins for a typical article, much longer for a thesis/book length manuscript.

saulhrThank you, I left it for 30 mins and it's now updating. It has 200 odd references. I have signalled the problem of Zotero's slowness before on Mac but they just say it's something to do with my setup etc. Thanks for confirming it's not just me.
