Upgrade StorageZotero is currently unavailable
each time I try to save a pdf from a website, i get one of two messages. they are either:
1. An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.
or
2. Zotero is currently unavailable
I have tried everything on the help website, including uninstalling and reinstalling both Zotero 6 for my desktop (I have Windows 11) and the Connector to my Chrome browser. I have restarted my browser, and I am still having the same difficulty. Many of the articles that I need for school pop up as pdfs and I need to be able to save them to Zotero.
Any suggestions? How can I fix this?
