Missing sources in bibliography

Hi i have a problem: I inserted citations in text fields in Word, but they are not displayed in the bibliography. Is it possible to add them manually? Thanks

You can add items to the bibliography using the add/edit bibliography function, but that really shouldn't be necessary. Can you replicate this reliably in some way? Which citation style & which item type?

@Michelv1, can I ask the nature of the text fields? I'm only familiar with the Quick Parts fields, which embed code in the document. Is this that, or something else--like a form?
